What data we handle, why, and for how long

• Quote request (calculator, email, phone): your name, email address, phone number, a message, and the details of the products you put together. Purpose: preparing the quote and getting in touch. Legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) or your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). We keep the data until the quote is closed, for at most 1 year from the request.
• Fulfilling an order: the data needed to perform the contract (name, contact and billing details, the content of the order). Accounting records are kept for the period required by law (currently 8 years).
• Contact by email or phone: we handle the contact details and the content of your message while we answer, for at most 1 year.

Who receives the data?

We do not sell your data and do not pass it on for marketing. Where needed to do the work, we use service providers: hosting and email providers, and suppliers or subcontractors involved in producing the ordered product, who may use the data only to carry out their task.

Cookies and browser storage

We do not use marketing cookies. Fonts are served from our own server. With your consent, Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) measures how the site is used: pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location, traffic source. It uses analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*); measurement does not start before you consent. Google may transfer the data outside the EU (to the United States) under the data protection safeguards Google applies. Retention follows the Google Analytics settings (typically up to 14 months). Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You can give or withdraw consent at any time with the “Cookie settings” button at the bottom of the page.

In your browser's local storage we only keep what the site needs to work and be comfortable to use: your chosen theme (light or night mode), the calculator mode (Basic or Advanced), and the list you started in the calculator. This does not identify you, stays on your device, and you can delete it at any time in your browser settings.

Your rights

• you can ask for information about how your data is handled and access your data,
• you can ask for your data to be corrected or erased,
• you can ask for the processing to be restricted and object to it,
• you can ask for data portability,
• you can withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing).

You can lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11., www.naih.hu) or go to court.

Data security

The site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and only those who need it to do the work can access the data.
